Terms and conditions
These terms explain how online orders, payments, delivery, returns and customer support are handled by Pet Stuuf.
Products
We aim to describe products clearly and provide the important information available for each approved item. Product images help customers make an informed choice, but colours can vary slightly between screens.
Prices, VAT and delivery charges
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any mandatory delivery charge and the total payable amount will be shown before you place the order.
Payment and order acceptance
Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Pet Stuuf does not store full card details. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate refund.
Delivery
Available delivery arrangements, costs and expected delivery timing will be shown before you place the order. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should be delivered within 30 days.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide the courier and tracking information after it is supplied by the fulfilment partner or courier.
Cancellation rights
For most online purchases, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. After telling us, you normally have another 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds after cancellation
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Standard outbound delivery charges paid with the order are refundable. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the delivery refund is limited to the standard delivery amount.
Return condition
You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. We may make a deduction where handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the value of the goods. Original packaging should be used where reasonably possible, but this does not remove your statutory rights.
Exceptions
Some goods can have different cancellation rules, including personalised goods and certain sealed health or hygiene goods once opened. Any applicable exception will be made clear before purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, contact hello@petstuuf.com with your order reference and photos where helpful. We will explain the appropriate replacement, return or refund route. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Supplier fulfilment
Some products may be dispatched by a third party fulfilment partner. Your contract remains with 786 Infinite Ltd trading as Petstuuf, and Pet Stuuf remains your point of contact for order support, returns and complaints.
