Terms and conditions
These terms explain how online orders, payments, delivery, returns and customer support are handled by Pet Stuuf.
About these terms
These terms apply when you browse, place an order or buy products from Pet Stuuf online. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Pet Stuuf
Pet Stuuf is the customer-facing pet products brand of 786 Infinite Ltd trading as Petstuuf. We supply selected cat and dog products online.
Products
We aim to describe products clearly, including key features, pricing and product suitability. Product images are provided to help customers make an informed choice, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and supplier imagery.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, prices are shown inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before checkout.
Payment
Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Pet Stuuf does not store full card details. Your order is not accepted for fulfilment until payment has completed and the order has passed our admin review.
Order review
After checkout, each order enters an admin review queue. We check the product, delivery information and fulfilment details before dispatch. If there is a problem with the order, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery timing can vary by product, supplier and courier. Where a delivery estimate is available, it will be shown or confirmed as part of the order process. Unless otherwise agreed, goods should be delivered within 30 days.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will update the order record with courier and tracking details once provided by the fulfilment partner or courier.
Cancellation rights
For most online orders, customers can cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling. To cancel, email hello@petstuuf.com with your order reference.
Returns
After telling us you want to cancel or return an eligible item, you should return the item within 14 days. Items should be returned unused, with original packaging where possible, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items may only be returnable if faulty, such as personalised goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@petstuuf.com with your order reference and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and explain the next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing may depend on Stripe and your card provider. We will not deliberately delay a refund once a return has been received and checked.
Supplier fulfilment
Some products may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. Pet Stuuf remains your point of contact for customer support and order queries.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
