Returns and refunds

We want Pet Stuuf orders to feel simple and fair. This page explains how returns are handled for online purchases.

Changed your mind

For most online orders, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have another 14 days to return it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and photos where helpful.

Refund timing

Once the returned item has been received and checked, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Items that may not be returnable

Some items may only be returnable if faulty, such as personalised items or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. If an item is supplier-fulfilled, we may provide a supplier or fulfilment-partner return address after reviewing the return request.

Start a return

Email hello@petstuuf.com with your order reference, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Do not send returns to the registered office unless we confirm this in writing. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address for that item.
