Delivery

Every Pet Stuuf order is reviewed before fulfilment so we can check product details, delivery information and supplier availability before dispatch.

Order review before dispatch

After checkout, your order enters our admin review queue. We check the product, delivery address and fulfilment details before the order is moved forward.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing can vary by product and courier. Where a delivery estimate is available, it will be shown before or after checkout and confirmed as part of order review.

Tracking

Once tracking is available, we will update the order record with the courier and tracking details.
