Delivery options, delivery cost and the expected delivery time will be shown before you place an order. Products remain unavailable until those details have passed our fulfilment checks.
Order review
After payment, the order enters our fulfilment workflow. We verify the order details and delivery address before the supplier order is released.
Tracking
When the courier provides tracking, the tracking reference will be linked to your order. If you need help, email hello@petstuuf.com with your order reference.
